Good morning! Anyone ready for a challenge? Thanks for your patience in waiting for the challenge. Kim Hughes is off on her honeymoon and has asked me to fill in for her. Congrats Kim!!!
So excited be back hostessing this challenge for a week. Sorry that I'm a little later than Kim but we have different time zones and schedules.
So Kim left me with a challenge to share with you and I hope you'll get creative and have fun with it!
Decorative scissors were all the rage quite a few years ago. You'll remember if you've been creating for any length of time. I had them. And then they kind of got shoved aside for something never. But there are still lots of fun ideas to do with these creative scissors. Today I'm challenging you to play along and create a project using decorative edge scissors. If you find you don't have any, Kim says you can "cheat" by using a border edge punch or other idea that you have.
Some ideas...
use decorative edge scissors to create grass in a scene
cut out a decorative edge mat
cut just one edge decorative and leave the rest straight
Good to see you again, Julia. Thanks for filling in for Kim while she honeymoons. I really don't have many "fancy" scissors, but chose to use what I have.

I took a look and it was very pretty; love the soft purple bg paper and the pretty flower and leaves you created. Maybe if you comment on some cards that would give you enough posts to be able to upload?
Welcome to the challenges! Gail
Here is my submission for WT317. I enjoyed the challange a lot today! This really was a challange for me since I don't use Decor edge scissors much at all. Thank you for this one!!
