Michele, you're losing at a good rate. I've been told losing 1-2 lbs. a week is the best. Joanne is right about the slower it takes to lose it, the longer it takes to put it back on. I gained at the beginning of the month, but did lose 1-3/4 lbs. so far this week. I guess chasing a puppy around keeps me more active. When I take Lexi outside, I pace on sidewalk until she's done with her business. I'm shifting a section of books today and tomorrow so I'm getting plenty of exercise at work. Beats sitting at the circulation desk for 3 hrs. I think all the rearranging will be done when I'm done with that project. For a couple years anyway.
