Ladies..I have to share this with you....I ran to Michaels to pick up a silver metallic marker yesterday and two stokes later it was broken. I was rather in a fit and wrote the company---mentioning just two strokes on cardstock....LOOK AT THIS LETTER THEY SENT ME BACK TODAY!!!

WOW huh? I was just making the note that the marker fell apart in two strokes! This saves me a trip to Michaels!! (as if that's a bad thing?)hahaha Does anyone use this company for markers/pencils...good? I think I am going to take a look at their stuff now--such excellent service over one lousy broken marker!!!
Yeay for me! Saved myself a couple of gallons of gas!
