I've done two days of exercise and tracking what I eat.
Of course, I didn't ease into the exercise. I had to go max out (did 30 min of abs with a friend from the P90X work out, then about 30 min or so of arms....OUCH!!), and walked for an hour. Then last night I did an hour pilates class with another friend.
Under my muffin top I have some incredibly sore abs. And it would appear that I tried using my hip flexors to assist my abs, as they are so sore, I can hardly walk.
I think I'll just go for an easy walk today
