Wow! Hi everyone! I'm so excited (and a little nervous!!) to be hosting the color challenge this week! Thank you, Betty, for asking me to share the honors! I'll be helping out now and then over the next 3 months along with Karen, Peggy and Betty!
CC308: River Gray Whisper
This week I've gone with all neutrals!
River Rock
Basic Grey
Whisper White
Dessert Option: Use a background stamp on your card.
And here are the SCS Color Challenge DT Cards to help inspire you!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC308 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!

Wonderful colors, Julia! You did it! Moving a thread is a piece of cake, right? These colors were fun to work with...even for my Valentine's card! Thanks a bunch!
I checked the color challenge before going to bed (thanks to Karen Barber, who had mentioned it in a pm she had sent me) and had to do a card. Here it is:

I was not so certain about this combo, however it came together nicely.
Here is mine...I had been pouring through Karen Barber's beautiful gallery, and I admit this card was largely inspired by one of her recent posts...sorry Karen, hope I don't offend, but it was on my brain so it's sort of what came together. Gorgeous gallery!

Great challenge as ever! I have yet to participate in one of the colour challenges and am seriously plucking up the courage to make this my first! One small question though and apologies if this sounds dumb! Is River Rock a sort of "mucky green" colour?
I don't have any SU products so am hoping to get as near a match as I can with my existing stash.
Looking at all the fab creations here on this gallery I am assuming it IS a "mucky green!"
Hey Julia..........sorry I'm late getting this posted. Got totally involved with the teapot challenge and am just now getting this uploaded.
I really wasn't sure how I felt about these colors but I REALLY like them. Who knew ??!!
HUGS

CC308 Sparkle with Happiness
Here is my SPARKLE WITH HAPPINESS card for the color challenge this week. I substituted PTI Smokey Shadow for Basic Grey, PTI Soft Stone for River Rock and my image was stamped on Neenah Solar White. I added a layer vellum embossed with Textiles ef. Really like these colors....this will probably be a wedding card for one of my nieces who is getting married later this year (actually I have 2 nieces getting married two weeks apart).
