Wow! Can't believe this is #3. I am catching up with this thread again. Does anyone know where I can get Locker Talk for a good price?

This site seems has the cheapest price on Locker Talk than I've seen (other than Ebay). They are also showing the Cricut jukebox for a lower price than the only other two sites where I've seen it.

the paper doll cart is the greatest... I work in a schooland have about 25 kids in my program... well i made a "doll" of each one.... they came out so adorable and as I finished each one up I would look at it and say OMG that is so Hailey... or Evan.... or whomever! They are so cute! We hung them on the bullentin board and the kids love showing thier parents which one is them.

I lucked out and got Locker Talk at JoAnn's at Michael's $45. price. All I did was show the Michael's ad. I searched and searched for Locker Talk, I have used it so much because of all the grad cards I needed to make. And to think I have another daughter graduating next year, guess it will get a lot of use!

Robyn,
What a cute snake card. I don't like snakes but I think I will make this card for my niece who is studying to be a vet.
You jewelry is fantastic. I've just tinkered a little into making earrings but I'm inspired to try a bracelet or necklace.
Thanks for being such an inspiration!

Jennifer,
Thanks so much for this link. You are right, they have the best deal for Locker Talk. Of course, I ended up ordering over $100.00! I also got Home Accent, Fabulous Finds, Indie Art, a ton of ribbon & brads! I can't believe it!!! Now I am stalking the mailman. Can't wait to get these.

I did a new card with my bug. I put it on my blog. I would put it here, but I don't feel well and am just too tired. Sorry about that.

I kept my little bug for my kids scrapbooking class to use. They get a kick out of it. They can really handle it.

I still use my little bug. If I'm not doing something big, I use it. I have more mats for it, and they cost less.

This is something I'd like to try before I buy, not like the design studio where I knew I needed it as soon as I saw it

That's a great point. I always use the ebug and have noticed that only two sides of the mat are usually used and the middle is wasted. I'm going to start using my baby for me again!

Cricut Jukebox
Have you guys seen or heard about this yet??? Just saw it on Custom Crop
http://www.customcrops.com/product_i...s_id=231125911
Are you a Jukebox hero? Can you see those stars in your eyes? The Cricut Jukebox is here and it will make you feel alive! The Cricut Jukebox hooks up to the Cricut machine(s) and allows the user to work without the hassle of changing from cartridge to cartridge! It works especially well with the Cricut Design Studio!
Sounds really cool.. another Gadget to buy, huh?

Joining in. I just ordered the expressions bundle from ACMoores. They were having a great in store sale on cartridges this week. I really wanted joys of the season and animal kingdom, but they didn't have them. I ended up getting celebrations, doodle charms, and stretch your imagination. I am supposed to be getting my expressions bundle on tuesday! Too bad I didn't get it earlier to play with this long weekend!!! :-)
So I sold all of my SU stamps to buy the expressions and my new cartridges. I just found myself NOT stamping as much anymore. Does anyone have blogs or know where I can find samples of cards using the cricut. Once I get it I'll be posting a lot of cards on my blog using it.
I look forward to getting to know you and getting inspiration from all of you!!! Oh and some enabling too, I imagine you all talk about when the stores have the cartridges on sale :-) :-) :-)

I heard about the jute box on cricut.com they have a few threads about it and a site that is selling it pre-order for 59.99 I think. I don't know if I'll buy it, but I don't have design studio yet either and I heard it was very useful to use with that!

Not sure how much shipping would be--but Walmart has been having it for $69--that's what I paid for mine.

New (to me) tool!
I've been using this for a few weeks--and wanted a good feel for it before I recommended it to you all:
The QuickStik made by QuicKutz. It has one end with a 'sticky-tack' loaded in it, and it's FANTASTIC for picking up little pieces! The other end is a removable stylus--one end of that is a point, the other is like a screwdriver blade. Perfect for nudging something into place. I use the screwdriver part to position my half-pearls and crystals that come with the sticky already on them--snip between the gems with my scissors, then use the blade to push it off and into position on my project.
Anyhow--I wanted to tell you all about it--I love it! And I think it was only about $7--well worth it when you cut out tiny Cricut pieces, especially for Princesses and Dwarves!

Yeah, I can use the middle when doing things with my software, but I still like using the little one for smaller things - like cards.

Has anyone used any of the Disney character (Mickey and Friends, and/or the Princesses) cartridges? I'm interested in getting one or all, but the images look so intricate that I wonder if they'll look as good in real life as they do on the cartridge box?
Do you have to stamp the faces on? I'm just wondering if I'll be sorry I bought them.
