I've already said how much I love seeing your photos as they're probably the only way I'll ever see that part of the country. The scale of America is amazing to me - 1000 miles would take us up to the northernmost tip of Ireland, down to the southernmost and back home again with plenty to spare.
I like the old Westerns, but with so many of them in black and white it's a plus to see your photos in colour. The trading post certainly looks as if it could be straight out of one.
I think my favourites might be the Cathedral Rock ones, that combination of the rock and water is wonderful. When I looked at the first one I thought it was definitely my favourite, but the calm still water of the second one is lovely too. And that last one of Canyon Lake, I have always loved mountains ranged like in monochromatic views. (We had a fabulous view of them from our beach in Greece last year).
