Sabrina, that resort has been closed for well over 50 years and has changed hands a few times. The two buildings in the photos I believe are the original ones. Gosh, if the state ever got hold of it, I think they would ruin the whole area because then they would pave the road! Yes, the creosote is used for treating wood and I also love the smell. Actually, I have two and they both came from seed!
