Well, after deciding that Copics weren't going to work with the budget just yet, I bought my Prismacolors today! Bought a set of 48 to start, and then another 12 loose pencils. I was giggling to myself as I pulled the colors out looking for "USA" on them! Most were USA, but there were a few that were totally Mexico. Got home, opened the tin of 48, and guess what? Oh well, I'll hope they will perform!
