here ya go, from womans world magazine:
brew a pot of strong coffee
while its brewing, in a sauce pan mix together 2 cups milk, 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin and 2 tablespoons sugar. stir over low heat until mixture starts to steam, remove from heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon pumkin pie spice. mix well and then add to you coffee. top with whipped cream and cinnamon, enjoy!
