Keywords: SC300 No spaces between letters and numbers, put a comma followed by a space between keywords. The keywords are all you need to have your card show up in the challenge gallery, having it in the keyword line covers more searches. Posting to this thread is not mandatory to play!
No due date for posting your card to any weekly challenge. ***************************** What is the Sketch Challenge: in Andreas words from SC08 (Andrea is the founder of the challenge): "You take the sketch I provided and use any stamp set, any accessory, and any kind of paper to make a card. So all of the cards have the same basic layout, but they all look very different." -It is fine to flip the sketch, change panel sizes, shapes, card size and border as you wish (unless stated in the write up for the week), a little tweaking is fine but lets see those main elements of the posted layout please. (The numbers and colors are requested from players so it's easier to read the layout, it means nothing towards colors used or number of borders when creating your project.)
************************* Thanks Korin and Karen for volunteering and filling in the last two weeks!
Can you believe the Card Sketches Challenge has been presented 300 times! So in celebration of the big number there will be some prizes to give away this week - check below for details.
I did my best to pick a simple and fun layout so its easy for everyone to play, enjoy the layout and good luck at winning some new toys!
Heres are the guidelines for entering your chance at winning a prize: 1. Make a new card using this weeks presented layout shown below in the attachments. No limit on number of cards entered.
2. Put the keywords into the keyword line so it shows up in the challenge gallery with all possible links.
3. Upload before 6:00 PM Tuesday, October 5th, 2010.
--All winners will be picked using random.org. --Rox71 will not be eligible to win so the first card eligible is the first card uploaded after mine. That will be #1. Please note: -No card that appears in the challenge gallery before the layout is eligible to win. -If the card picked did not follow the layout random.org will make another pick. -Read the challenge guidelines 'What is the Sketch Challenge' above, nothing has changed for the contest.
Prizes are as follows:
Have fun everyone and good luck!
You can find measurements in my card description linked in post #2. Open the link and they will be at the top of the description. OR
The attachment will print out to actual size of an A2 card for most computers. A2 is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.
Printing directions are in the Master Thread linked above.

Roxie and all the folk who fill in for you now and then - congratulations on this milestone. 300 sketches and going strong. You are all so creative and never cease to impress with all the great ideas you come up with. I have used so many of the sketch challenges to create cards that have a great design rhythm. Thanks for your continuing efforts on the sketches and your willingness to share your gifts with us all.
300 sketch challenges--Woo Hoo!!! Has anyone on SCS participated in ALL of them? If so, that person deserves a special mention. Thanks to all the sponsors for the prize donations. And thanks, Rox, for all your hosting. Can't wait to make a card.
