TOTALLY COOL! My friend emailed me this template last week! I am so psyched - Hope to play - the baby is sick, so I have to designate play time for me during sleep time for her....
The link to the template (not the first link, but the link inside the link??!) wasn't woking...ahh, the missing link! Is there another template for this? Looks like fun, love the 2-sided paper idea. Gotta go get coffee so I can mull this over~thanks
We did this a few weeks ago at a make and take, it is such a fun template. I have since played with the template and made it even smaller so I have a few cards to share already:
WOW!
Those are great!
I love it it vellum and the multiple one is really cute!
I need to get to a copier some time today so I can enlarge this.

Thanks, Beth! I picked up this adorable template at Paper Zone yesterday. They had a ton of their stamps at 50% off and also some MM embellishments too.

I had a much harder time with this than I thought I would. But, I am going to try again. I ended up borrowing an idea from jstarbright to make this one work. Thanks, Joni!
If I could be on vacation all the time instead of just this week I would be a challenge junkie too, instead most weeks I am just the commenting cheerleader for all everyones wonderful cards.
I have a few questions:
Melody, What new 2 sided paper? Is it in the Spring Mini? I can't wait until I can order from it, and then be broke for awhile afterwards, lol
Edie, I can email the smaller heart template I made, and you get a bonus vellum wrap template with it. If you have a public e-mail you want to PM me, i will gladly send it to you.
Tracie, why not stamp both sides of a light colored c/s if you don't have any 2-sided paper, wouldn't that look cool too
Thanks for another inspiring challenge, Beth! I spent a lot of time on the ribbon on this valentine--I hope you can see it despite the poor quality of the photo.

Joni, Yes in the Spring mini. Lindsey used it on hers. My preorder comes Wednesday. I'm too cheap to order express. But, oh it is so hard to wait. And I'll be ordering more during the mini period. I love so much from this mini. I'll go broke with you.
did everyone keep the template the size that it printed off? or did you make it bigger or smaller? Thanks!
Sue, I kept my pocket the same size. I don't know how to change the size on the computer & my copier/printer doesn't resize, so any changes made to the size have to be done by hand. I did, however make the insert smaller. I used layer ease, just visually guiding it around the inside of the pocket to get a smaller heart. My lines were quite wobbly, but I straightened them out when I cut it out.
Beth, thanks for the challenge. Now I have my valentine to give to DH!! I spent all of DDs naptime playing with ink and paper, so no time to look at everyone else's creations now, will have to wait until bedtime! I have a game of Candyland waiting for me. But here is mine. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Fun, fun, Beth -- thanks for posting this. I had seen it last week, too, and was going to try it. So now we have Grandma's Valentineall done! (Inside View). And I think I managed to use every one of my Spring Mini preorder stamp sets on it, LOL!
