She left out the bestest part . . . Karen made me one of her famous cheesecakes in a gluten free version!!!! I see a future for her product in the specialty frozen food aisle as celiacs from around the globe clamor for it . . oh, it was sooo good! Oh yes, seeing Karen was nice too!!!
