I do. It has taken over part of the garden. I haven't done anything much with it, but am always going to. To make tea use 1 teaspoon of dried mint to each cup, and if using fresh use 3 times this amount, but make sure the leaves are bruised or chopped. I also make mint sauce - 1 bunch fresh leaves, 2 tablespoons raw sugar, 3 tablespoons malt vinegar & 1/4 cup boiling water. Chop mint finely (Iuse my mortar and pestle) and add to a bowl with everthing else except the water. Pour the boiling water over and serve at room temperature. Another good sauce is 1 mango peeled and pureed, 1 tablespoon chopped mint (or finely chopped or morter and pestle), freshly ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Combine in a saucepan, heat gently and serve.
Hope that helps
