WT269 - Pins (05/06/10)
Anyone else love pins? Safety pins, straight pins, ornate pins...whatever you can think of is the Ways to Use Pins challenge today. I love them as an accent or to hold on tags etc. I can't wait to see how you use them!
Please remember to put WT269 in your keywords section and post a link back here. We all want to see your work. Please link only newly uploaded creations for this challenge. Thanks!

Same here - I bought something on sale a while ago - will have to see if they work. I am not sure I will finish before the site goes down for maintenance - it is a couple of hours away!

Hummm.... this will be a challenge! I don't think I've ever used a pin of any sort. I'll have all day to think about it!! Interesting.

Oh dear. I'm always concerned that someone might get stuck on it, so I've never used one. I have used safety pins once or twice. I guess that will work.

If it helps Melody...I use them all the time and no one has ever gotten stuck with one yet.

Thank you, Julia for your faithfulness in being a wonderful and creative hostess. I love all your creative ideas on getting rid of the "excess" in such a positive way. I will be back later when the chores are done.

Great challenge, Julia. I was just looking at my stickpins the other day, thinking that I hadn't used any in a while. Will definitely put something together when I get home from work this evening.

What a fun challenge. Thanks Julia! Here is my first take on it. I combined it with last week's sketch. I love that sketch.

It's been a while
Wow, it's been a long time since I used a pin on one of my creations. It took me a while to figure out what to do with it! ;) Anywho, here is my
Sisters and lace card.
Thanks for looking!

Well that certainly challenged me. I am pretty sure I gave away my dinky little coloured crafter's safety pins because I'd never used them. I do have a disk of pearl-headed pins on my desk, because I use them for fine gluing work, but I opted for a safety-pin from my sewing box.
Thanks Sew Much
