It's the real deal
I've tried the Melt it Off with Mitch / 3 Day Melt workout. And here's the thing: if you want to shed those pounds and build muscle it takes work! I was blown away by how challenging these workouts are. Seriously, I was surprised. When I started using it, I totally couldn't keep up. I had to use the modified versions, and even then I would have to skip some reps. Heaven knows there's no quick fix solution to getting in shape - you're gonna sweat your patootie off with this workout. And you know what? It's worth it!
