The Mother is in the HOUSE! This week Cindy(Mothermark) and I are joining our challenges for Cards for a Cause! More on this below! Since Teapot Tuesday has merged with the Color Combo challenge for this very special cause....I like to think it is Tea Time!
This week's Tea Time color combo is.....
CC261: Bashful Celery Melons!
Bashful Blue
Certainly Celery
Melon Mambo(pink passion or PTI raspberry fizz)
Neutrals of Choice!
This week's dessert option is CARDS for a CAUSE! Please read about Lindsey's story and find out how you can send her a card! You can combine the CC261 cards with Cindy's Teapot Tuesday Challenge MMTPT84 challenge this week. Let's do what we do and show Lindsey an outpouring of HOPE and LOVE this week! (Do want to stress that this part is totally optional which is why I put it in the dessert option)!
Cindy is sampling with me this week! WooHoo! Thanks so much!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC261 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
I will be hosting the color challenges for the next few weeks. If there is a color combo you want to see using any of the new in colors, please pm me with the link to the card. Try to stay within three color choices. Thanks so much!
Betty! Thank you so much for your kindness. For linking my challenge to yours for Lindsay's sake! Your card is so beautifully done......and believe me, it was an honor to post a card with yours! Thank you and see you Tuesday girlfriend! Snugs!
What fun to join the Mother in her tea party plus encouraging a friend in need in addition to playing with a new color combo! MY CARD

What a great idea to combine the teaparty with the color challenge this week. I substituted Melon Mambo for Regal Rose. The baby quilt theme on my card looked overpowere with the Melon mambo, so I had to tone it down. Hope the challenge police are easy on me... it's my first offense!
oh man in my rushing morning hours did i mess up this one - but here it is, my lame attempt at tea party with challenge colors, I read the directions AFTER making the card....but anyway, here it is, such as it is:
What a meaningful challenge today, Betty. I was more thasn happy to make a card for Lindsey. I have a SIL who had HL and fortunately, has come through it. Of all cancers, it does have the highest success rate with chemo treatment. Thoughts and prayers to Lindsey and her family.
