Hello, friends!

I am taking a cue from the stores today and suggesting we get a jump start on our Easter crafting .

Today�s challenge is right from the resources pages here on Splitcoaststampers. We are making:

~ Matchbook Candy Holders~

This is a project brought to us by Theresa Momber (TheresaCC). She did a wonderful tutorial both pictorial and video and it can be found HERE.

These were so quick and easy to make that I am positive you�ll want to make more than one! So fun!

They look cute. But I'll have to think if there's a way I can alter it to fit something else - we don't get any candy that size and shape here. I guess I can just leave out the pocket bit...got to do the housework first, though.

Sabrina, Andrea Walford has a good template download on her website that allows you to fit it to anything based on the measurements. It makes this very flexible... http://andreawalford.com/?page_id=513

I also wondered what treats to put inside. Here are some suggestions for Cook 22. Peppermint patties, homemade cookies, a starbucks gift certificate, and of course jelly beans. I'm going on holidays and will have to post the next 2 challenges late, oh well. Enjoyed this one a lot. I find if you make a pact to do them all, even ones that don't appeal first glance, it forces the creative to think outside the box. It must be a lot of work Holly to come up with something new every week. Thanks so much for all your work.
