I agree with Novell in contacting them agin and let them know nothing is helping. they will prob tell you to send them the machine, it sounds just like mine was doing, they sent me a brand new one.
does your serial # start with G6? mine did and it was a bad batch of machines! the new one is working like a charm.
hope they can help you quickly, i know how frustrating it is to have a machine not work.
