Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for Week Ending January 10, 2009
Happy 10th of January! It was a great week in the gallery, and I have lots to post, but for some reason SCS is acting weird right now. I'm going to post some of my favorites now and do the rest later in the morning when, hopefully, the internet isn't so squirrelly.
keuby posted this colorful and very clean Love Stacked card
I really thought I added more this week but only one was actually from this week. (I so badly want to participate as this thread is my favorite thread all week!)
Things are still weird around here. I'm still getting "Internet Explorer cannot display this web page" messages. And darn it, I want to share my favorites and see yours, too!
Haven't we become so impatient when our technology doesn't work the way we want? Sigh.

I am getting the same message and am feeling quite impatient about the whole thing too! I will return later
girlgeek101 used textured paper, a big word, and a little glittery heart to make a high-impact OLC; she's also experimenting with embossing on OLCs and posted these two wonderfully CAS love cards
Donnarie used a little black, a little blue, and lots of white all over to make a pretty and friendly hello card

Wow! Incredible CAS this week (they are incredible every week, but each week is newly incredible ;)). Thanks to those of you who took the time to post the links so that we can enjoy the CAS eye-candy. And thanks to those of you who created the eye-candy, as well!
Thank you Susan for mentioning my card! (and thanks Karen for letting me know). I have had problems with the site since yesterday so I haven't looked at everyone else's favorites but I'm going to try to list some of mine.

Oh, my...I know there's a lot in my faves this week, but I'm not sure if anyone left me any to mention! ;) I gave up on SCS this morning because I really didn't want to fight it. Then off to church, lunch, making bread...now that the bread is rising I have a chance to visit here...and if I have any that haven't been posted...hmmm...
Harriet, thank you SO much for mentioning my card. I really appreciate it. Karen Dunbrook is the one who let me know. I must admit, I don't always think to look at "favorities of the week". I shoould make an effort to keep track of the cards that really inspire me and post them on Sundays too! : )
Thanks, TrishG, for the mention of my card. I loved making it and even though the mini catalog inspired me, I'm really proud of how it turned out. (I have to look behind me and make sure I made a card, sometimes. LOL) and thank you, K Dunbrook, for letting me know. You're a gem!

I almost didn't open this thread because it's dated "week ending Jan 10 2009"! Can we please change it to 2010 so we can find it!!? It's such a common mistake for the first part of January - to keep using the previous year. And the previous week's thread (ending Jan 3 2009) is also in the same boat!!
I'm listing some of my favourites for the first time. I really love the CAS cards.
