my Slice is depressing me
I keep reading that MM has great customer service, but that hasn't been my experience. I registered my Slice & asked them to send me a calibration card (my machines a G6 series) to correct a problem I was having with it not cutting straight lines properly. They gave me a ticket number & e-mailed me, but I NEVER rec'd the calibration card. That was months ago. I hauled out my Slice today & the problem with straight lines seems to have gotten worse. Plus, it's not cutting through cardstock, no matter what I try. So I've sent them another support ticket request. I hope I don't get ignored this time.
Does anyone know, did they not mail me a calibration card because I live in Canada?
