Does anyone have the PDF versions of any of the older catalogs? I'm in the process of reorganizing my stamp storage, and I'm trying to include images of all my stamp sets. I'd rather not have to actually stamp all of the images, so if anyone would be willing to share their PDF copies of the SU catalogs, I'd greatly appreciate it!!
Thanks!!

You rock!! Would you mind sending me whatever you have? I at least need the main catalogs for 2004-2008. If you have the mini's as well, that would be great!!
This is a great idea stampinmomma! I am also working on organizing and inventory right now!
Heather, would you be willing to email me copies as well? I only started making purchases in 07 though...so that would be the earliest I would need. You are awesome!!
Heather, I too would love some of the older pdf's of Su catalogs! I just started stamping last year. But I have purchase a lot of older su stamp sets and am always struggling with their names or ideas on how to use them. Without the names, it is hard to find them on here! I have no idea where to start... maybe anything between 2000-2008? If that is way too much - just send a few to start with if and when you have the time. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much for offering! Blessings - Mary
I've been trying to find back issues in pdf format as well. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to upload them to sendspace or rapidshare and post the link so we can download them. I don't know if that is allowed or not, but it would be nice to get some back issues of the catalogues. I've decided to not buy older SU stamps because I can't find pictures of what the stamp looks like. If I could see what they looked like I might buy more....

i think there's a copyright issue - the other reason why catalogs aren't shared here.
I can't help with the .pdf's but one way to see many older (as wella s current) SU sets is to go to the SU Gallery here on Splitcoast and look for the index card. In most cases it is the first card in the specific stamp set's gallery.

Oftentimes, if I am looking for an older SU stamp set, I search on e-Bay and most times I am able to figure out if it is a complete set or not. You might have to look at a few of the same items to determine that or not, but it only takes a few minutes.
I can also usually figure out the name of a set by searching on e-Bay as well. Obviously, that's a bit more difficult but I've certainly done it many times.
HTH.

I emailed Michael Funke to thank him for posting the old catalogs on his website (he's an SU demo). He sent a nice reply and also asked that anyone with PDFs of older catalogs please send him the files so he can maintain his library. I'm sure he'd give proper credit for the work of scanning in old publications. That is a time-consuming chore for sure!

I have two stamp sets that I am looking for the names of. One is from the 1995 catty with a teddy bear and is a set of 15 (I love you beary much, honey pot, thanks, santa hat, etc) in the collection. The other is from the 2001 catty set of 9. One of the sayings is "A friend is one who, like sunshine, helps you grow" a square with "you are my sunshine" outlining it and another long skinny one that says "those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves". Can anyone help me with the names of these sets, or a PDF of the 2001 catty.

Here is the name for the bear stamp set.....Button Bear. It had 17 stamps in the set according to the 1997 catalog. That's the earliest one that I have. It included: bear, gift box, Merry Christmas, confetti stuff, Happy Birthday, sunflower, honey pot, bees, Santa hat, Thanks, birthday hat, balloon paw print, the start of a checker design....4 squares (2 rows for repeating), candy cane, the heart with I love you beary much, and basket of flowers.
Sorry couldn't find the other request.

Here's the name for the set of 9 - "You Are My Sunshine", 2001-02 Catalog, page 173. Has the stamps you mentioned along with, a cloud, butterfly, a row of 3 potted flowers, a girl holding a potted flower, smiling sun, and a dragonfly.
