Baby it's cold outside...at least it has been in my neck of the woods. Nothing makes me feel warmer than a beanie cap - and when that beanie cap contains a gift card, I get all warm and fuzzy ALL over.
Today's TLC is another innovative and creative way to showcase those giftcards. When I saw THIS project, I knew that you all would love to get in on the fun especially this time of year when we are all scrambling for that perfect little gift card holder. I have another design that I want to share with you. Carolina a/k/a craftycaro has an awesome video tutorial on her blog which can be found HERE.
Carolina was even so nice as to write out a written tutorial for those who have problems viewing videos, which is attached at the bottom of this post. Big thanks goes out to Carolina for her creativity and willingness to share with all of us!
Oh my goodness Lynn, this is just darling! Can't wait to make one after work!

How fun..............do NOT have time to play most of this week....went to NYC for 3 days and catered for 3 parties the past 2 weeks and haven't gotten to play in like...forever !!!
I NEED gift card holders for my granddaughters so WILL be making some of these.
Hope to have everything settled enough to get back to my stamping next week.
Thanks for the great idea.............
HUGS

I'm blown away by all the versions you've all come up with - thanks so much for taking the time to make one! I'm off to comment in the gallery and here's the one I used for the tutorial:

Haven't been downstairs to play yet---but wanted to say Thank You for the great tutorial and the great ideas shown. Sorry I haven't written on every card but they are true works of art with different twists. Love them all! I have some gift cards for my husbands employees that I need to get ready and this will be a perfect way to present them! Thanks again for sharing!!

Here is my Beanie Gift Card holder that I made 2 days before this Challenge was posted, but thought it would be appropriate to add it here anyway. You will see in the deets that I had emailed Carolina to ask her permission to CASE it with a link back to her original design - I hope that this is OK to put my links here (?). I haven't edited my pics to add TLC251 to the keywords - should I do that even if the Technique was posted a day or so after my posting? There are 2 photos - one of the front and the other of the inside:
OMGosh, this is positively adorable. That Carolina ... leave it to her to come up with something as adorable as this. What a fun challenge, Lynn. Thanks
