It is time for another color challenge. For this week's colors it is time to use at least ONE in color. Have not used those in a few weeks. Also, I have been wanting to add alittle something to the color challenges which is totally optional and seems to work fabulous for this time of year. Something to spice up the color challenges a bit. I like to call it Color Combos with Dessert! The dessert part is totally optional!
Pretty Olive Bays!!!!
Bermuda Bay or Taken with Teal
Old Olive
Pretty in Pink
Neutrals of choice
This week's dessert! Plaids!!!
Plaids are making a come back in a big way. I have been seeing some wonderful dp patterns and even came across a beautiful card the other day where the plaidmaker was used. Whether you use dp, make your own, or incorporate the colors with a store bought embellishment, you choose if you want to do dessert this week or not. It is entirely up to you! I assure you it is TOTALLY guilt-free and calorie-free!!!
I asked a few fellow color combo challenge lovers to sample with me this week. Thanks a bunch Anne, Judi, and Karen!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC246 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
I will be hosting the color challenges for the next few weeks. If there is a color combo you want to see using any of the new in colors, please pm me with the link to the card. Thanks so much!
Fun colors! Hope I won't get zapped for using a different shade of blue. :-) Here is MY CARD.

Fun colors combinations, Betty! I've been in such a "Christmas mode" with my card-making lately....using the traditional Christmas colors. This was a fun turn. I still kept a winter theme, but with your pretty color choices.

I was all set to go Christmas when I saw the colors then I read the fine print about plaid and decided to go old school with some plaid colorblocking. Fun to use the really old stuff now and then! Thanks for an -- ummm -- interesting challenge! Very rare that I get one done the first day. CC246 Colorblock by lutheran at Splitcoaststampers
