What's the forecast for your day today? Mine is cold and snowy!
That is what this challenge is all about -- the weather happening today in your area!
The only other limitation: 2/2/2
In my sample, I used: two designer paper patterns two snowflakes two different ribbon patterns~ 2/2/2! (Choose your own 2/2/2 and list it in your description.)
No other limits on images, embellishments, tools, techniques, or layers.
Please upload only NEW creations for this challenge, as the idea is to get us stamping!
Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

Light Rain Showers is what it says here. An improvement on the grey, grey, grey and dark yesterday. As far as inspiring a card goes, anyhow!
This sounds like fun! I like the early posts too, that give me time to think while I'm at work. Thanks, Judy.
Judy! You must be getting the snow that has exited Colorado It's left us with a snowy/icy mix. I just peeked out the door a few minutes ago and my driveway is a solid sheet of ice.
Oh Judy.........how fun..............how do you show Ohio's yukky cold drab weather ??!! ha ha
At least snow is pretty and sprakly. I'm busy appliquing sweatshirts and making reusable shopping bags along with my cards for a holiday bazaar and missed the limited supplie challenge yesterday so will have to incorporate some purple in this card for Julia. OK.....while I sew I'll have to think........will be back later with my card !
Thanks
Tina

Oh what a neat idea you had. Here today, is overcast and rain in the forecast and I have just the right image for that! Will come out with it soon...I hope!
What a great challenge. Don't think I'll have time to work on challenges today, but I am definitely going to do this one. Here in St. Louis we have broken all records in the amount of rain we have had in month of October (over 10 inches in one month). Guess we're lucky it has been rain and not snow - it would have been over 8 feet by now. I too am going to try and incorporate the "ways to use it (purple)" as well.

Judy, what a perfect challenge for today. There is such wild weather going on in many places of the country......MO, included. Rain, rain , rain...and then flooding. Poor farmers with crops in the fields!
It was fun to do something "pleasant" with the adverse weather conditions! Thanks!
I haven't had much time to do any SCS challenges in a very long time. I've missed them so much!! I had some unexpected free time today and decided play along. It was very challenging to find something within my stamping supplies that related to today's weather (typical New England fall). Had to wrack my brain!!! So please forgive me for taking some liberties with our weather--I'm calling it "leafy." This is a very simple card, but it will make a good Thanksgiving card for my parents (it says "I'm so thankful for you!") and I think they'll enjoy it. Here it is:

I'd planned a different layout based on the fact that I used to have some dinky little umbrella brads - but I must have used them all.
Thanks for this fun challenge, Judy.

Judy, it was 70 degrees and sunny this afternoon in the Cleveland area. I'm going to find some sunny colors. Thanks!
