Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for Week Ending October 6, 2009
I can't believe it's already October. Gack.
I encourage anyone who has the time to leave some love in the gallery this coming week. It seems like there are lots of CAS cards with no comments right now. It was another great week in the gallery. Here are some of my favorites, and I will post the rest when I get back from church.
lola612 made a Christmas pup with lights card that is too, too cute!
stampgroover's whimsical Christmas tree is deliciously CAS with a great use of bling
nerdette_step used a Fall-To layout beautifully in her Christmas tree card
jaydeestamping posted a very sparkly Christmas ornament that really caught my eye
Jeanne S posted lots of really WONDERFUL cards this week, but my favorite was her Trick or Treat bat card, which has a totally fab sponged and doodled border
papierbleu posted a stunning pine cone peace card that's so delightfully CAS
leslierich posted her Fresh as a Daisy card and totally blew me away with its fresh colors and awesome background

Susan, thank you so much for mentioning my card, I'm glad that you liked it. I had no idea what type of card I wanted to make when I started making that one, but then all of a sudden it came to me and I'm happy with the way it turned out.

I haven't even finished cruising last week's gallery, but I add my faves on my blog as I go along. I'll be adding Wednesday and Thursday this afternoon. I've started "tagging" the CAS cards. :cool:

Susan... thank you so much for calling out my delightful decorations card this week. I was really surprised - and very thrilled....
Here are some of my noms for this week... there were some incredible cards again. I'm thrilled to be counted amongst the CAS carders :-)
Susan, thank you so much for mentioning my Christmas Pines card. I really appreciate it. I'd also like to thank K Dunbrook for her efforts in letting everybody know each week that they're on a Favs list. Your hard work and generosity does not go unappreciated. Many blessings.
PS: If I mentioned my CAS Favs weekly, I'd be doing the blog thing like Jen! They are all really superb. I'll be heading back though and making comments to some that don't have any love, which Susan mentioned earlier.
We're having serious internet issues here today, which is frustrating me to no end. So I'll be back to browse when it doesn't take my pages 20 minutes to load. But here is one of my favs from this week: Happy Thanksgiving by girlydecou.

Awww...thank you to Susan and Jaydee for mentioning my card..really warms my heart..you ladies actually like it and it's in your fave? And it's my first time playing along..? WOW, absolutely an HONOR!! Thank you sooo very much!! I'm soo happy right now..!! :o) I will definitely play more often as I'm learning sooo much from you all!! :o)
Oh wow!! Thanks for mentioning my card! I so.... don't know much about SCS. Ms. Dunbrook suggested that I add CAS to some of my cards since they were clean and simple (thank you) .... Sorry I am so late at saying Thanks!! I was on vacation for a week and still playing catch up!
