Swap Organizer - Excel Template
Swap Organizer.xlsHi everyone...I'm new to swapping and have become addicted really quick! So being the computer geek that I am, I created this template to help me organize the swaps that I'm in and thought it might be useful to some of you out there as well

Thank you for this spreadsheet!! I haven't started swapping yet because I am so busy. This will help ease a little of the stress of keeping it all organized.

I always wonder how people keep track. I have been swapping for about 5 yrs now and I print a copy of the "swap" details/rules and I have a binder with them in it. I keep them in order of when they are due and because I swap so often I am looking at it daily almost. I then write the date it is sent, the date it arrives to the hostess and then I anxiously await its return. Thanks for sharing!

I started using it yesterday and I thought it was cool. now things are alot more organized for me and I have a history list of all that I have done, also to see if I have received any of my swaps back ( won't be receiving any yet I just started in September ) But I can not wait.
Thank you very much.
I have a question though. Is there anyway I can make it bigger. For description I like to write out what the card will look like and I always like to see if I follow through or I change it or tweak it see where my creativity changed.
