I love to glaze ham with brown sugar, mixed with plain old yellow mustard into a paste, and ad a little ground cloves. Wait until your ham has quit putting out a lot of juice (naturally, that would wash the glaze off!) and then brush a coating onto the ham. I usually recoat the ham several times, to end up with that nice crackly crispy coating. Love the way it tastes!
