Tonight, I'm going to bake some pork chops. Since I'll have the oven on anyway, I'll probably cube up some red potatoes, toss them with some seasonings and bake those too.
Tomorrow I'll be cooking up a HUGE ham that MIL dropped off yesterday. Anyone have any tips for cooking a ham? Or a good recipe? I don't think I've ever made one....
