Super woman Michelle!
Last night I ventured into potoato foil packets on the grill, they work really well! I'll be doing that more often. I made individual ones so there wasn't a ton of potatoes in each one to cook. Plus we had leftovers which I heated up for breakfast. I'll be doing that more often.
All I did was cube up red potatoes (fairly small), tossed with a little olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Tonight we will grill ribeye and corn on the cob. I'll steam the green beans. Still need to figure out tomorrow as it needs to be quick as it is bowling night. I'm leaning towards some sort of marinated chicken breast which can be grilled. It is well in the 90's here and will be remaining there for the next 10 days at minimum, so cooking indoors is not an option.
