Hello everyone...todays xchallenge for you is called international flair and your task is to make a card using a different language on it! I think this will be really fun! I am loving living in Greece, but the Greek language is proving a little difficult for me...although I'm having fun trying...I have even been hired to make 50 baptism invites...yeah!!!!
Anywho, you can use any embelishments and any colors and stuff, but be sure to limit them...this is the limited supplies after all!

This is going to be fun, Thanks for a great challenge Silvia, Here's one that will work, Desert Camel But I'll start working on another one when I get back...
Oh man now I really wish I had got that MFT set "Meet Me At The Cafe" :0 I will have to look and see what I have. Thanks for the challenge. My next one may be to clean up my stamp room after today LOL
Oh, this is fun. Somewhere I managed to write and save efarhisto poli in the proper Greek script - must see can I find it. Or I could go Irish .
Loved seeing the insde of your invitation - we did a year with a Cypriot engineering professor who taught Greek classes at night.
hmmm, I have a non-SU! BG stamp that is a different language. I'll have to see if I can find that stamp when I get home from work this afternoon; it's been ages since I've used it!
Oh! I hate that I'm leaving town today & can't play. I've been thinking lately of doing a card using MY Greek. My 12 year old son & I took a Biblical Greek class this year & I can actually read what you wrote (was wondering if modern Greek was still pretty similar -- yep!). Will HAVE to play when I get back -- thanks for the challenge!
Okay! I made a bag/box that was soooooooooooooooooooo easy!!!! 2 layers! and....it took less than 25 minutes start to finish!!! I had to search through so many stamp sets to find an "international word!" LOL! I found my favorite...PARTY!!! LOL!
I had fun with this.
I started out by taking a photo of a page of an old Irish Bible, but I've used several photos on cards recently, so I opted for this Greek card specially for Silvia
Funny thing, I copied it out of my Greek language course-book, but the spell-check took an accent off. I went with the spell-check. It's All Greek to Me. With the flap open
Silvia, you must have done this challenge just for me as it was perfect to welcome home my daughter after being gone for 7 weeks! WILKOMMEN ZUHAUSE

Thanks for the challenge today Silvia. I couldn't find any international stamps, so I used a cb background that has German, French and Spanish. That works.
I got the other language part done but forgot the limited supplies challenge until it was a little too late. Hope it's okay. I liked the card well enough that I wanted to share it. Here's my card: Provencal Miss You by denisecarolclark at Splitcoaststampers
