Default powder drink mix holder

Somewhere I saw a water bottle that had a pocket hanging on it and the pocket contained a powder drink mix that you can add to the water. Anyone have some details on how to make one?

Just another thought I had ... I think I read somewhere that you could use those paper door hangers to achieve the same effect. All you'd have to do is pull the straight end up. I'm not sure the hole would be the right size, but if you have some of these sitting around, you could give it a try.
