Attached is the template for my Valentine's mailbox. I believe it is bigger than most. I wanted different sized valentines to be able to fit inside it (not just the pocket note sized ones).
I love your mailbox. I would like to make some with a baby theme for my daughters baby shower, but I don't have wordpad...could you convert it ot pdf form?? Thanks.
When I convert the file to PDF and print it out, the pieces print out smaller than the word document AND therefore will NOT fit the base and arch properly. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong in the conversion. Maybe someone who knows more about PDF files can convert so that it preserves the size exactly. :(
My DH figured out a way to print the directions out for me and I made 5 for centerpieces for my daughters' baby shower. will upload them to the gallery, they are so cute!!! Thanks for sharing your pattern. I am going to put tiny baby dolls in them, so when the guests open them, they should get a laugh. The flag says Special delivery. I can't wait to show them to my frineds

I'm glad to read that you found out a way to print out the pattern. Please post back and let me know once you have uploaded a picture in your gallery.
Thank you so much for this. MY dd (3) has been asking me to make her a mailbox so she can leave drawings for her daddy while he's at work. It turned out fabulous. Thank you again
That looks like a fuzzy little collie puppy if I ever saw one! I'm totally NUTS about collies - or anything that even looks like them. Can you tell me about him/her???

My avatar is a picture of our Sheltie when she was a puppy. She is now nine years old and while not quite as cute as a button as she was in my avatar, she is such a beautiful, sensitive dog. I try to take very good care of her (ie walking twice a day, good food, teeth brushing). I consider her my first born (at the time we were going through IVF). We are very lucky to have such a wonderful dog. I've attached a photo of her below and if you want to see more pictures of when she was younger, check out her website at http://www.missbella.com (it's not been updated in a while).
Thanks for asking about her. As you can see I can go on and on about her.
Brenda, you really are lucky to have such a wonderful dog.....and she's lucky to have a family that loves her so much. She is utterly gorgeous! Shelties and Collies are such good family dogs. There was just recently an article in Dog Lover magazine about collies....- they are almost like having built in baby sitters. I know our was when my kids were litte.
I grew up and have lived with collies all my life. When Daisy died 10 years ago my heart was so broken. I couldn't try to replace her. She was irreplacable. So, now we have a collie mix rescue, and a lab mix rescue. I love them both dearly.......but when we lose one or both of them, I'll get another collie. My period of mourning for Daisy is over now.
At nine years old, your sheltie has plenty of good years left in her. LOTS of good years left in her with such good care that you give her.
Thank you so much for sharing.......everytime I see a collie or sheltie, I just gotta ask.

I'm so glad that your mailbox turned out well. I hope your daughter has lots of fun with it.
Oh, I wish my DH could figure out how to even open the file. It just bounces back at me. We've tried saving it, transferring it, etc. but no go. I am so sad.. I wanted to make some for the grandkids. I must be computer illiterate or a total moron..lol. Can you help...Please.
This is so awesome as I wanted to make a mailbox for my son's Kindergarten class for Valentine's. I didnt' have the tin mail boxes & found your template instead. Such a great idea!!! Thanks for sharing your idea & template as it will make my life a little easier.
