Nov '08 VSN Honors - The Stars of the Cabaret!
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, please give a warm round of applause to our VSN Honors! There were so many great cards and fabulous players that it was so hard for our hostesses to make these decisions. Alas, we can only honor a few cards, even though we would like to honor them all! You are all truly stamping stars in our book!
This round we have choosen to honor the players of VSN in 3 categories:
Standing Ovation
Best Representation of the Challenge
Honorable Mentions
along with 2 special categories: Kids' Challenge, post #5 and Spirit of VSN awards, post #6

Spirit of VSN Awards
Spirit of VSN Awards
It's time to close the show and begin packing up the props and sets and wonderful costumes and as we do this, we are remembering the fabulous acts and performances in our Cabaret. As we reminisce, there are some special contributions to the show that we cannot let pass without an extra round of applause. So hostesses, join us and put your hands together for these members of our audience who added a little extra sparkle and special pizzazz to our entire VSN. These stampers may have provided support and encouragement or they may have persevered on a particularly difficult challenge for them or they just made the whole VSN experience exciting, fresh, and fun. Thank you for being a special part of the show. Your spirit touched us!

Awesome job ladies. It was a fabulous VSN and we appreciate your participation. Choosing an awards gallery is always the hardest part of this job for the hostesses. My hat goes off to all of you for your outstanding creations.

I came to the forum excited to congratulate all the winners (and get more great ideas to CASE!!!) and when I saw my name on the lists I actually got tears in my eyes. Honors Gallery? On my first time doing this? INCONCEIVABLE!  Totally made my year!
The challenges were so much fun and I had a great time looking at everyone else's cards. I've never seen so many GREAT cards in one place and I wished I'd had time to comment on them all. There was something that *OOOHHH-ed* me on every single one. I was honored just to be playing along with such amazing talent, and this is the icing on the cake and the cherry too! Thanks for letting me play and encouraging me - this site and all the creative talent here is AWESOME!!!!! Thanks, thanks and more thanks.

I am humble and honored to be mentioned in the stars of VSN. As I said in the thank you thread, this was my first VSN. I didn't think I would enjoy spending a whole weekend stamping, but GIRLS was I EVER wrong. I was hooked with the beginning challenge and stayed till the last minute to upload.
I thank everyone from the moment the planning started who gave of their time, brain power and talent to birth this theme. It was awesome and I can hardly wait to launch into the next one...why my lovely heels are just barely wet!
So with that said, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

WOW-EEEEE! Being honoured in both the best representation plus the honorable mentions, and having a chance to be inspired by all of the others who got awards, absolutely FANTASTIC! That made my day for sure!
And I love the VSN---it "forces" me to take the time to be creative and do what I love to do, and I even get to learn some new techniques in the process and be stretched at the same time. Thanks again to all the hostesses and the coordinators...already craving the next time.

I'm not surprized to see my sister's name in lights an amazing 4 times for this VSN... I'm always amazed by what she can create with paper, ink and embellishments!! I was very shocked when I got her frantic phone message saying that I had gotten an Standing O... so I rushed to the site and sure enough my sassy leggy lady card was there... so cool - but even cooler that I was able to VSN with my amazing mom, sister and stampin buddies!
