Helloooooo! Have you missed me?
I am knee deep in CONVENTION, and having a BLAST...got my pic taken with Shelli on Thursday!!!
I have a sketch to share, of course, but I'll be away from the computer all day. :(
Put it to good use, and I'll "see" you tonight!
Remember, sketches are meant to be a starting point. Feel free to flip, resize, alter, or do whatever you need to make it work for you!!! Minor tweaks are expected, but if you feel a major overhaul is needed, you might browse through some of the older sketches for inspiration. There is no time limit for these challenges, so use them at your leisure!
If you play along, please share your hard work with us and upload to your gallery! Make sure you add SBSC151 to your keywords (additional keywords are OK, just separate them with commas), and PLEASE post a link here in this thread; we would NOT want to miss it! Also, if you aren't a FAN CLUB member, please observe the NO UPLOAD on SUNDAY rule! :-D
You can find all submissions for this challenge here: SBSC151
Ooohhh, good one Sally! Lots of photos. Hope to get to this one--maybe Sunday. My 6-yr-old DGD is coming over for some fun on Saturday--that might include some scrapbooking, but we usually only do pages for her book, not mine. Maybe I'll teach her how to follow a sketch. (See, I'm training her right...her folks say I've created a crafting monster--I say, hey, that's great!! lol)
Convention sounds wonderful--glad you got to go. Have fun!!
This is such a versatile sketch - I have so many pictures ready to scrap that I'll have to think long and hard about what kind of layout to create - hmmmmm, I should probably be thinking about doing 3 or 4 layouts to try to catch up...thanks for the great starting point!
Great sketch sally, thanks. I'm still playing catch-up on all the other sketches I fell behind on. I just finished SCSC148, so I have two more to catch-up on before I do this one! lol!
Well, the missing page 10 and it is pretty similar to the sketch... This was a very hard page to make because it will be the last page with my Springer. It's almost like having to say goodbye again! I had some trouble picking out the last pictures I wanted to use. Hope you like them...
This might be the first time I've posted to a scrapbook challenge! This was a fun sketch - I turned it into a 3 page lay-out since I had so many pictures. I did a close-up of page 2 since that had the most work done to it. TFL!

Here is my page for this sketch, had to stretch out the bottom row because spilled a little paint and had to cover it up!! No mistakes, just embellishment opportunities right?

I am really poking around in PSE7 and am finding tons of cool items and effects. I chose your sketch Sally to try and recreate it digitally. Was a little of a challenge since I only started to figure out the program but it was a lot of fun even if I did totally lose the first page I had almost completed cause I wasn't saving as I was going along! LOL! Learned my lesson however! TFL!
