Cardstock:
Tangerine Tango: little darker than YR07 (YR09 maybe? I don't have it)
Baja Breeze: BG72
Red Riding Hood: little darker than R37 (and less "pink"). Maybe R39...
Kiwi Kiss: YG93
Pink Pirouette: lighter than RV11 (RV10 maybe? I don't have it)
Pacific Point: B16 is close, but not really it.
Ink:
Tangerine Tango: I don't have a match.
Baja Breeze: BG72
Red Riding Hood: R37
Kiwi Kiss: YG95
Pink Pirouette: lighter than RV11 (RV10 maybe? I don't have it)
Pacific Point: I don't have a match. Close to B95 or B97.
Voil. These are what I find close match with what Copic I own. I stamped SU! ink on SU! cardstock, and compared with Copic on Neenah Solar White cardstock.

These go along with what Lauraline has already posted, but these are my guesses based on putting the marker color with the cardstock under my Ottlite. I didn't compare with the ink.
Pink Pirouette RV11 Pink
Kiwi Kiss YG95 Pale Olive
Baja Breeze BG72 Ice Ocean
Tangerine Tango YR09 Chinese Orange
Riding Hood Red R37 Carmine
Pacific Point B16 Cyanine Blue
Again, these are just guesses on my part, but they looked pretty good to me!

Ok, I don't have a huge collection by any means, but here is what I came up with.
R37 is RIGHT ON w/ Riding Hood Red. Matches perfect.
BG72 is close. It really is about a shade or 2 darker to match perfectly, if you color it in well. But, it's close.
YG95, I had that as my Old Olive, and it's way too dark for Kiwi, maybe YG93? I don't own it to compare.
YR07 is very close for Tangerine, but have that as my Only Orange. I dont' have the other colors around it to compare.
B16 don't own it to try.
RV11 is close too, but still a bit darker. I don't have a perfect match for that one either.
So, I guess I need to build my collection up more! Hahahahahaha!

I just got my Copics based on the above recommendations. Here's what I've found. I compared these to the ink colors stamped on SU white and not the In Color paper.
R37 Carmine for Riding Hood Red - very good match dead on IMO.
BG72 Ice Ocean for Baja Breeze - very good match dead on IMO.
YG95 Pale Olive for Kiwi Kiss - very good match - dead on IMO.
YR09 Chinese Orange for Tangerine Tango - an OK match but not exact IMO, YR09 seems too bright
B16 Cyanine Blue for Pacific Point - this does NOT work for me at all, it's just not deep enough. My copic stash is limited so I don't have any other alternatives to try.
RV11 Pink for Pink Pirouette - is a little dark, but I don't have any other alternatives to try. I messed up and meant to order RV10 not 11 oops.
I have a chart colored in with all the Copic colors - got it from a friend who has them all. From that I found what I thought was the best matches to the In Color cardstocks and I bought them.
Here's what I came up with:
Pacific Point - B06 Peacock Blue Baja Breeze - BG72 - Ice Ocean Pink Pirouette - RV00 Water Lily Kiwi Kiss - YG03 - Yellow Green Tangerine Tango - YR09 Chinese Orange Riding Hood Red - R37 Carmine
The only one thats not a really great match is the Kiwi - Yellow Green. The rest are super close.
Below is a chart I made for my blog - there is a scallop circle swatch of cardstock with a swath of marker colored and then also a piece of SU white taffeta ribbon that has been colored with the marker.
I stamped each of the in colors and took a sample of it with me to the store to check other colors out. I purchased a few more colors to try to blend the ones that I thought were off, which were Pacific Point and Tangerine Tango.
I now think B37 Antwerp Blue is a really good match, but I also purchased B06 Peacock Blue to blend with it. As for Tangerine - I got R08 Vermillion to blend with R09 Chinese Red because the R09 is too bright IMO.
I have not compared these to the paper though, just the inks.
Just to let you know, United Art & Education has individual markers for sale too, more colors than Hobby Lobby carries plus you don't have to ask them to get them. We have an art store in town that sells them all, but it's in a bad part of town so I haven't tried to venture over there with all my kids. I'm off to try to find RV00 and RV10.

Hello. Will you please post the colors that match last years in colors '07/'08? Thanks so much!
Wild Wasabi - YG63 Pea Green
Soft Sky - BG10 Cool Shadow
Blue Bayou - BG78 Bronze (Sketch marker only)
Groovy Guava - R12 Light Tea Rose (Sketch marker only)
River Rock - YG91 Putty
Purely Pomegranate - RV69 Peony (Sketch marker only)
These are what I use...
Blue Bayou - BG78 - bronze
Pomegranate RV19 red violet
Soft Sky - BG10 - cool shadow
Wasabi - don't have
Guava - don't have
River Rock - don't have
The ones I don't have, I forgot about getting them. I only have few stores here that carry them and I wanted to test them myself before buying.
eclectic Paperie was selling an In-Color bundle of Copics for 07-08 (I think they might do it again this year) and they had:
River Rock - YG91
Soft Sky - BG10
Wild Wasabi - YG63
Pomegranate - R59
Guava - YR02
Blue Bayou - BG78
These were matched to the cardstock (under OTT-Lite) with the thought that you would most often be coloring with them and then using cardstock to layer. I used the River Rock and Pomegranate a ton and they are both excellent matches.
I received some more Copics today. I got RV10 pale pink, RV00 water lily to match with Pink Pirouette - both will work, although RV00 is a wee bit light.
I also got YR18 - Sanguine - I think this will be good for Tangerine Tango also.
