Lori Tecler - ltecler
Gaithersburg, MD
Hi! I'm so excited to be joining this amazing group of stampers as a member of the Dirty Dozen. I've always been inspired by the talent and creativity of the DD, so it's an honor to be joining their ranks myself!

My name is Lori Tecler. By day, you can find me working full time in the early childhood office of a large school district in the Washington, DC suburbs. As part of my job, I provide support to kindergarten teachers in 50 elementary schools (and represents only a little less than half of the county's elementary schools!) and work on other early childhood related projects, but I really consider myself to be a kindergarten teacher. I live in Gaithersburg, Maryland with my adorable goldendoodle, affectionately referred to as Chloe the cutie puppy. She's 3 1/2 years old now, so technically the puppy label no longer applies, but somehow she's still got all of that puppy bounce and energy. I spend a lot of my time entertaining her in hopes of keeping her out of trouble!

I've been a member at Splitcoaststampers for 9 years. I was introduced to stamping by my best friend, who was a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, and got hooked right away and soon became a demonstrator myself for a few years. Since then, I've been fortunate to have designed for a number of companies, including The Cat's Pajamas, Clear and Simple Stamps, i {heart} papers, Kitchen Sink Stamps, Our Craft Lounge, and Starving Artistamps. I've also had my work featured numerous times on the pages of Paper Crafts magazine. And, I've made some fabulous friends along the way, too.

Thanks to Lydia and the rest of the SCS team for the warm welcome. I'm looking forward to hanging out in the Dirt Pile for the next six months!
