Like everyone else you'll meet on Splitcoaststampers, I am a self-proclaimed addict. I've always done creative stuff. I actually remember winning a first place ribbon at the stock show for a paper mache elephant back in the first grade, and still have the newspaper clipping (the beginning of an obsession, right?)! I loved being yearbook editor and photographer in high school, and helping to create elaborate costumes for local pageants. For several years, I designed programs for a local charity, and resigned when it became work instead of fun. Since I was a kid with a few bucks in my pocket, my favorite place to spend my savings was at stationery and craft stores on stickers, paper, markers, and fun pretty stuff. I believe that everything I ever dabbled in led me to one thing that could encompass it all. . . Stamping!

My husband Mike and I have two wonderful children, Chandler and Adrianna. We all live in the same small town where my husband grew up, a short drive from my hometown. We've been blessed with a wonderful family, a loving home, and many happy memories, as well as a very promising future. I'm so happy to have kids that love to stamp with mom, and a husband who is a terrific sounding board and is very accommodating of the ever-growing collection of stuff needed for my creations!

I enjoy sharing my love of stamps and fun techniques with my new friends. I have met many people though my stamping obsession who I would never have crossed paths with otherwise. We have so much fun together, and I love the special friendships I have made with them.

I am so excited to be a part of the Dirty Dozen, and hope that everyone enjoys what treasures they find in the gallery
